Reintegration Circles
Individuals may lack the resources and skills to transition from their current environments back into the community.
Another form of Mediation, Reintegration Circles have been shown to have a lasting effect on individuals reintegrating back into the community. Whether the person is returning to the community from incarceration, from being separated from their family due to military or other demands, or even when a young person is expelled or suspended from school, the balance between the family, the community and the individual has been disrupted. Gathering representation from the family, the community, and any other supportive service presents an opportunity for open, safe conversation about the dynamics needed for re-entry and will facilitate healing and re-establish healthy boundaries.
