Individual Therapy

Psychotherapy is the treatment of mental and emotional disorders through the use of psychological techniques designed to encourage communication of conflicts and insight into problems, with the goal being relief of symptoms, changes in behavior leading to improved social and vocational functioning, and personality growth. Individual psychotherapy is a session involving only two persons, the therapist and the client.

In today's healthcare environment where emphasis is placed on access to care, quality treatment, customer service, and cost containment, Pikes Peak Behavior Health Group is the right choice for behavioral healthcare services in the Pikes Peak region.

We provide care for adults 18 and over with mental illnesses and substance abuse problems. Specialized treatment is available for schizophrenia, biplolar disorder, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and adjustment disorders.
