Family Preservation

Family Preservation is an intensive, home-based therapy program provided to families to prevent imminent out-of-home placement of a child or to prepare a family for reunification.


 

Eligibility Criteria:
Must have covered mental health diagnosis. Child must be at imminent risk of out of home placement. This includes Department of Youth Corrections, unsafe behaviors, etc.

Insurance(s) Accepted:
Medicaid

Hours
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (also available for after-hours appointments).
