Family Advocate

 

Some children and families struggle with complex social and emotional needs.  The challenges can become so severe that community assistance or resources are needed.
 
The Family Advocate provides assistance for families that are receiving services at the Child & Family Network.  Advocates effectively work with schools, supply resources and refer to community agencies to meet the needs of the clients and their families.


Eligibility Criteria:
Child must be involved with services at Child & Family Network. Advocate services are initiated by a referral from any health care provider.

Insurance(s) Accepted:
Medicaid/Third Party Insurance

Hours
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
