Conflict Resolution

Individuals may lack skills to effectively deescalate conflicts which can often times lead to unfavourable outcomes.

This class is designed to teach students about the effects of anger and conflict. They will learn to identify triggers, physical changes and coping skills that can be utilized instead of engaging in confrontational behavior. Each student will receive a certificate upon completion of the program.
