An individualized process that develops employment goals and objectives with individuals, based on work history and career interests.

Work Site Assessment
Work Site Assessment - A type of vocational assessment that determines an individual's vocational strengths and barriers wherein an evaluator arranges a volunteer situation within a live work setting at a local business.

Application Skills
Training to teach skills specific to completing applications.

Job Searching Skills
Training which demonstrates to individuals the many ways to search for jobs (internet, newspaper, walk-ins and cold calling).

Resume Writing Skills
Teaches individuals how to prepare different types of resumes (functional, chronological, professional, etc.) depending on individual's work history, level of completed education, strengths and skills and career interests.

Interviewing Skills
Prepares individuals for basic job interviews and industry specific interviews by discussing interview questions, dressing appropriately, making a good first impression and practicing mock interviews.

Job Placement
These services help an individual obtain employment that is consistent with the individual's strengths, interests, abilities and desired career path.

Job Coaching
Job coaching helps to ensure individuals have the skills to maintain employment after placement.

On the Job Training
Provides one-on-one, hands on training at the job site in conjunction with the employer.

Career Goals/Exploration
Provided to individuals whom are unsure as to which career field they wish to pursue. Assistance in finding them a fulfilling career which involves their interests, skills, and strengths.
