Career Services Evaluation/Intake

Without the proper tools and guidance in identifying skills and career interests, it is often difficult to determine appropriate  employment direction.

This is an individualized process that develops employment goals and objectives with individuals, based on work history and career interests.  These tests also contain interest and skill inventories and assess some personality characteristics in relation to different types of careers.  Vocational assessments such as the Self-Directed Search (SDS) may be used to determine what employment direction is appropriate for each individual.
